🔄 Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition you received it

  • Item must be in its original packaging with tags attached

  • Return must be requested within 7 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Lingerie, undergarments, or swimwear

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

  • Customized or made-to-order products

💸 Refunds & Processing Time

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Return shipping costs are not refundable.

🔄 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at sheluxefashion@gmail.com.
